When you click on Change, they will ask you if you want to use the default DNS of Godaddy or custom DNS value. Custom DNS values are used in case you have a domain with Godaddy but you want to host it with InterServer or any other web hosting company.

Use the drop down menu and select Custom from there after that enter the Domain Name Servers of InterServer which you have received from the company and click on Save.
